1. How much does an electric scooter cost per day?
150,000 VND per day — the same fixed price as our Honda Vision and Air Blade. A rental day runs from pick-up until 21:00.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
No cash deposit. You leave your passport (foreign guests) or ID card (Vietnamese guests) at the shop and get it back when you return the scooter.
3. How far can I ride on the batteries?
Every scooter comes with 2 batteries, enough for a relaxed day of city riding. Hills, a passenger and cold mornings use more power, so plan to come back when about a third is left. Need more? We swap in a full battery at the shop for 20,000 VND. The details are in our electric scooter battery guide.
4. Can two people ride one electric scooter?
Yes — maximum 2 people with a combined weight under 140 kg. Heavier pairs are more comfortable on the Honda Air Blade 125cc.
5. Can I ride to Cau Dat, Lang Biang or over the passes?
No. Please avoid long, steep passes such as Prenn, Mimosa and the road up Lang Biang. For those trips take the Air Blade, at the same price. The electric scooter is made for the city, the lake, cafés and short trips nearby.

6. Is it hard to ride if I'm not used to scooters?
It's the easiest bike we have: no gears, no clutch, a soft start. Take the free test ride in our quiet lane first. Tips for first-timers are in electric scooter for beginners.
7. Can I ride it in the rain?
Short city rides in light rain are fine with a raincoat; in heavy rain, wait under a roof and never ride through deep water. See electric scooter in the rain.
8. Where do I park?
Use proper parking spots (gửi xe) at markets, sights and cafés and keep the ticket. More in our electric scooter parking guide.
9. What is included?
A free helmet for each rider, a phone holder and 2 batteries. Before you leave we check the scooter together and film its condition, so everything is clear on return.
10. Do you deliver, and when are you open?
The shop at 1/15/5 Thông Thiên Học opens from 4:30 to 21:00. For rentals of 2 days or more we deliver free to hotels in central Da Lat; for 1 day, message us and ask.
Before you ride
An electric scooter is almost silent, so pedestrians may not hear you — ride slowly near markets and use the horn gently. No alcohol or beer when riding, and strictly follow Vietnamese traffic law; Vietnam drives on the right. Read all the electric scooter rental rules, see the scooters on our electric scooter rental page, or compare every bike on the Da Lat motorbike rental page.
