Price and pick-up
- 150,000 VND per day, paid in full at pick-up. No cash deposit.
- Leave your original passport or ID card. You get it back when you return the scooter in the same condition.
- Before you leave, take a test ride and we film the scooter's condition together (body, mirrors, lights, battery). We compare with this video at return.
- Helmets and a phone holder are included.
Rental time
- One rental day runs from pick-up until 21:00 the same day.
- Returning at 21:00 the next day counts as 2 days, and so on.
- Returning after 21:00 is charged as one extra day. Want to extend? Message us first.
Riding rules
- Maximum 2 people, with a combined weight under 100 kg. No heavy loads.
- Driver and passenger wear helmets at all times.
- No alcohol or beer when riding.
- Strictly follow Vietnamese traffic law: ride on the right, stop at red lights, no phone while riding.
- Do not lend the scooter to anyone else.
- Don't ride through deep water. In the rain, slow down — Da Lat's hills get slippery.
- Park in a guarded parking lot and lock the scooter carefully.
Battery
- One battery lasts about 35–40 km, and you start with a full one.
- Need more? Bring the scooter to our shop and we swap in a full battery for 20,000 VND.
- When about a third is left, head back or call us. Never run the battery flat — hills and two riders use more power.
- Avoid long, steep climbs such as Prenn Pass, Mimosa Pass and the road up Lang Biang. For longer trips a Honda Air Blade 125cc is the better choice.
- Don't use other chargers and don't remove the battery yourself.
Damage, loss and flat tyres
- New damage compared with the pick-up video: you pay the actual repair cost.
- Lost helmet, phone holder or key: you pay the replacement price.
- Lost or stolen scooter: tell us and the nearest police station immediately. You pay the scooter's value as agreed at rental.
- Flat tyre: stop, push the scooter to the nearest tyre repair shop and pay for the repair. Riding on a flat damages the rim, and you pay for that damage.
