What to send when you book a motorbike in Da Lat online

To confirm in one go, put these details in your first message:

• Pick-up date and approximate time — the shop opens at 4:30 am and the rental day runs until 21:00.
• Number of days — this tells us whether free hotel delivery applies.
• Which bike — Honda Vision 110cc, Honda Air Blade 125cc or electric scooter. Not sure? Tell us your plans and how many riders, and we'll suggest one.
• Number of bikes and riders — and whether you'll carry a passenger.
• Pick-up at the shop or delivery — if you'd like delivery, send your hotel name or a map pin.

A complete message looks like this: "Hi, 2 Air Blades from 12 Nov, 9 am, 3 days, delivery to [hotel name], 4 riders."

How confirmation works

We reply in the same chat with the bike, dates and total price, and keep the bike for you. There's nothing to pay online and no booking fee: you pay the rental when you collect the bike — 150,000 VND per day for every bike, a fixed price. If you book a few days ahead, we'll send a short reminder the day before.

Free delivery or pick-up at the shop

For rentals of 2 days or more, we deliver free to hotels in central Da Lat. For a 1-day rental, just message us and we'll see what's possible. Otherwise, come to the shop at 1/15/5 Thông Thiên Học — it's on Google Maps. Details are in our article on hotel delivery.

What to bring at pick-up

Only your passport (foreign guests) or ID card (Vietnamese guests) — it stays with us during the rental instead of a cash deposit. See what you need to rent a motorbike in Da Lat. Changing or cancelling

Plans change — a late bus, rain, an extra day. Just write in the same chat as early as you can and we'll move the time or date. Want to keep the bike longer? Message us before 21:00 and we'll extend the rental.

Booking tips

• At weekends, on holidays and during the flower festival, book a day or two ahead.
• Arriving on a night bus? Tell us your arrival time — early pick-up from 4:30 am is possible.
• Save our number in your phone, so you can reach us on the road if you need help.
• Remember: no alcohol or beer when riding, and strictly follow Vietnamese traffic law.
