Motorbike Rental with Hotel Delivery in Dalat: How It Works

When is hotel delivery free?

For rentals of 2 days or more, we deliver your bike free of charge to hotels, homestays and villas in central Da Lat. That's the simple rule. If you only need a bike for one day, or you're staying further out of the centre, just message us and ask — we'll tell you honestly what's possible that day.

What to send us when you book

Message us on WhatsApp (+84 944 081 101 or +84 834 622 149), Zalo (0944 081 101), Telegram (@vanphudalat) or WeChat (vanphudalat) with:

• the name of your hotel (and the address or a Google Maps pin if it's a small homestay);
• the date and time you'd like the bike;
• how many days you'll rent;
• which bike: Honda Vision 110cc, Honda Air Blade 125cc or an electric scooter;
• how many riders, so we bring the right number of helmets.

We confirm the time with you by message. Early riders take note: our shop opens at 4:30 am, so a bike for a sunrise trip is not a problem.

What happens at the handover

• We meet you at your hotel's entrance or reception.
• You show and leave your passport (foreign guests) or ID card (Vietnamese guests). There is no cash deposit.
• You pay the rental for your days.
• We show you how the bike works and you take a short test ride.
• We check the bike together and film its condition on video, so everything is clear for both sides.
• You get a free helmet (one per rider). Every bike has a phone holder, and gas scooters come with 1 liter of fuel.

Tips for a smooth delivery

• Book a day ahead if you can, especially at weekends and on holidays.
• Keep your phone on around the delivery time so we can call when we arrive.
• Ask your hotel where guests can park; many have a small parking area or an attendant.
• A rental day runs from pick-up until 21:00 — plan your return time when you book, and ask us how you'd like to return the bike.

Ride safely

Vietnam drives on the right. Wear your helmet with the strap fastened, never ride after alcohol or beer, and strictly follow Vietnamese traffic law.
