Why foreign travellers like electric scooters
Many visitors have never ridden a motorbike with gears or a clutch — and they don't need to. An electric scooter has no gears and no engine noise: you twist the throttle, it moves smoothly, you squeeze the brakes, it stops. There's no petrol to buy, no hot exhaust pipe to burn your leg on, and it's very light to push and park. For short rides between your hotel, cafés, the market and Xuan Huong Lake, it's one of the most relaxed ways to see Da Lat.
Who it suits — and who should choose a gas scooter
- Good fit: riding around the city, café hopping, short trips to nearby sights, travellers who want something quiet and easy.
- Two riders: maximum 2 people with a combined weight under 100 kg.
- Not a good fit: long, steep climbs such as Prenn Pass, Mimosa Pass or the road up Lang Biang, and long day trips. For those, take a Honda Air Blade 125cc — same price.
Not sure which to choose? Tell us your plans and we'll suggest the right bike honestly.

Battery and battery swap
One battery lasts about 35–40 km, and each scooter comes with 2 batteries — about 60–70 km in total. You start with full batteries. Need more? Bring the scooter to our shop and we swap in a full battery for 20,000 VND. Hills and a passenger use more power, so head back when about a third is left, and never run the battery completely flat.
